If you are a new customer:

1. Click on the "Register here" link in the box on the top right hand side of the page.
2. Fill in your email address, and then click "Register".
3. Complete the regitration form, ensuring you fill in any madatory fields.
4. Once you have registered, you will be able to place your order.

If you are an existing customer:

1. Enter your email adress and password on the top right hand side of the page.
2. Click on the log in button.

There are several ways you can find the product you're looking for.

1. Use the search box at the top of the page.
2. Search for an item by product code, or by name.
3. Search for a product category. Type in a cateogry e.g. "A4 Paper", and a list of available categories will be displayed.
4. Use the menu if you are not sure what product code you are looking for.

Click on the blue Add button to put an item in your shopping basket.
Use the up and down arrows to change the quantity you would like to add.

Once you have logged in, open the My Account menu on the top left hand side of the page, then click on Contract Products.

Once you have logged in, you can create and save your own shopping lists. Go to My Account on the top left hand side of the page, then click on My Shopping Lists.
To create a shopping list, click on the Add button, and give your list a name. Then save the list.
You can now add any product to this list. When you are on a product page, click on the Add to Shopping List button to add the product to your shopping list.
You can create as many shopping lists as you like.

Hover over the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner, then click on the Checkout button.
1. Ensure you are happy with your order, then click Next.
2. Select your shipping address, then click Next.
3. Click on Place Order. If you have a credit account, your order will be processed. If you are paying by card, you will be prompted with a set of instructions to make your payment.

Go to My Account, on the top right-hand side, then select My Orders from the menu.
Use the date fields to select the date ranges you'd like to search.
You will be able to see statuses of all orders placed within the dates you have selected.
